Ordering online

Ordering online is fast and simple. Just browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out with a credit card.

Use the navigation menus at the top of any page to start shopping.

You can also search our site by entering a keyword into the search box at the top right of any page.

Add items to your shopping cart

Be sure to check sizes and styles as you add items. We have lots of options for you!

Provide your shipping information

Please note that we require a street address for all shipments (no post-boxes). We also require suite and floor numbers, where applicable.

Our store accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 3 weeks, or 2 weeks after you have approved your final artwork proofs. For faster delivery, please place a rush order.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and government purchase cards. For orders over $250, we accept purchase orders (pending credit approval) or checks in advance. Our products are generally made to order, so please note that work will not commence on your order until we have an approved method of payment. Please contact us for details.

Sales Tax Information

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where Rivanna has a physical presence. We will automatically add the appropriate state and local taxes if your delivery location is in Virginia or California.

Changes to Your Order

We're sorry, order information generally cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders quickly, and almost all of our products are personalized, so once an order moves to production, we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
