Disclaimer: Please use care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk. Trim wick to 1/4″ before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains. Rivanna assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.

All artwork must be approved prior to production. Please keep in mind that our delivery time is 2 weeks after you approve your award proofs.
We ship this product UPS Carbon Neutral most anywhere in the world. We can ship to purchasers or drop ship directly to award recipients.
Drop ship fees are $6 (domestic) and $12 (international).
Our standard delivery time is 3 weeks, or 2 weeks after you have approved your final artwork proofs.

For lead times of less than 3 weeks, we charge a rush fee of $75 or 5% of the order total, whichever amount is greater. We also charge for any unusual costs that might be incurred (expedited shipping for raw materials, etc).
If rush fees apply, we'll let you know in advance of accepting your order.
