My Green Lab is pleased to partner with Rivanna Natural Designs to offer Perpetual Plaques for our flagship My Green Lab Certification Program. These plaques are intended to be displayed in your lab or office space for the duration of your certification, including any renewal periods.
Your plaque purchase includes one year plate. If you require additional year plates, add them to your cart here.
Please include the names, certification level(s) and certification date(s) of your labs in the notes field when you place your order or, if you are purchasing a large quantity of plaques, enter your information here after you place your order. Rivanna will send you artwork proofs for your approval. Please keep in mind that you must approve your artwork proofs before your plaques can be completed and shipped to you.
The My Green Lab Perpetual Plaques are crafted from FSC® certified domestic cherry and feature recyclable aluminum plates. The plaques are designed and handcrafted in Virginia.

Current customers: Welcome back! We have your logos and artwork layouts from previous projects on file. There is no need to send us new graphics unless something has changed since we last made awards for you. You can send us text using the Upload Artwork link above.

All artwork must be approved prior to production. Please keep in mind that our delivery time is 2 weeks after you approve your award proofs.
We ship this product UPS Carbon Neutral most anywhere in the world. We can ship to purchasers or drop ship directly to award recipients.
Drop ship fees are $6 (domestic) and $12 (international).
Our standard delivery time is 3 weeks, or 2 weeks after you have approved your final artwork proofs.

For lead times of less than 3 weeks, we charge a rush fee of $75 or 5% of the order total, whichever amount is greater. We also charge for any unusual costs that might be incurred (expedited shipping for raw materials, etc).
If rush fees apply, we'll let you know in advance of accepting your order.
