Set Up
Rush Service
For lead times of less than 3 weeks, we charge a rush fee of $75 or 5% of the order total, whichever amount is greater. For rush orders, we also charge for any unusual costs that might be incurred (expedited shipping for raw materials, etc). If you need an award in less than 3 weeks, please call us at 434-244-3447. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Drop Shipments
We do not charge set-up fees. If your project requires special setup, we will inform you prior to accepting your order and provide you with a price estimate.
Personalization
We do not charge for personalization. If you would like to include individual names or organizations on your awards or multiple graphics, please feel free to add them.
Graphic Design Services
If your logo or graphic file does not meet our artwork specifications, we may need to rework it. We will inform you of this prior to accepting your order and will provide you with a price estimate. Our fees are as follows:

Drop Shipments
If you would like us to distribute your plaques, gifts, or awards directly to the recipients, we would be happy to do this for you. In addition to the standard shipping charge, we charge $6 per location for domestic shipments and $16 per location for international shipments. We would be happy to include a special message or a letter on your own letterhead.
We support a number of large and ongoing award programs with special fulfillment requirements and can tailor a one-time or ongoing fulfillment plan to meet your needs.
International Shipping
Shipping rates quoted do not include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges or surcharges may apply.
If your budget does not enable you to purchase awards for every member of an award-winning team or for every partner or branch office, please keep in mind that we would be happy to make duplicates for your award recipients. Your award recipient can purchase the duplicate awards directly from us.
Please note that, for award duplicate orders, we do not change any original artwork without written permission from the customer who originally issued the awards.
Custom Award DesignsWith over a decade of experience designing custom awards, we’ve gained a strong sense of what makes a custom award successful. Our Award Design Process (ADP) will enable you to create the perfect award for your special event or program.
Private StoreIf you have a large number of internal or external purchasers for your award or recognition program, we can set up a private e-commerce site to facilitate purchasing and fulfillment. Please contact us for details.
