Every plaque is made in our Richmond, Virginia woodshop, where we cut, mill, shape, sand, and finish each piece with care. Our woodshop manager — who has been with us since 2002, when we crafted our very first plaque — personally selects the wood for every order, ensuring consistent quality, beauty, and attention to detail. Some designs are precision-cut on CNC equipment, while many of our standard plaques are still made by hand.
All plaques include keyholes for easy wall mounting and are boxed, labeled, and ready for individual drop shipping — making recognition seamless, even for remote teams.
