Your Award Artwork
Send Us Your Details. We’ll Handle the Rest.
Do I need my artwork ready when I place my order?
No! You can upload your logo and award text when you place your order — or upload it later using the Upload Artwork link on our home page. In fact, we recommend placing your order as soon as you know what you’ll need. This reserves production time and keeps your project on track, even if you’re still finalizing the details.
How does the proofing process work?
Proofing may happen in two steps:
- Master Artwork Layouts: If you’re ordering a particular award style for the first time (or multiple types of awards), we’ll send a master layout for your approval before preparing individual proofs.
- Individual Proofs: Once your master artwork is approved, we’ll prepare the individual award proofs for you to review and approve.
All proofs are shared through our simple online proofing system. You’ll receive automated reminders until we receive your approval.
When will my awards ship?
Your awards will ship 1-2 weeks after you approve your final proofs.
What should I send you?
Please send award details in a table or spreadsheet (not individual PDFs or Word docs). Some like this is fine:
Double-check:
-
-
Recipient names (be formal: James, not Jim)
-
Spelling and credentials (PhD, MBA, etc.)
-
Business/organization names
-
All award text
-
For logos and graphics, please provide a vector file (.ai, .eps, or .svg) whenever possible — these give the sharpest, cleanest results.
If a vector file isn’t available, a high-resolution image file (.jpg, .png, or .tif at 300 dpi or better) is also acceptable for most awards.
Do I need to worry about the layout?
If you have a specific layout in mind, feel free to let us know. If not, no worries — we’ll handle it for you. We know what works well on awards and can recommend layouts that look polished and professional. You can count on our experience and design sense.
Can I design my own artwork?
Yes, if you prefer. Just contact us first for the correct templates. Please note: we aren’t responsible for errors, alignment issues, or color mismatches in customer-supplied artwork.
