Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. For larger or customized orders, lead times may vary—we’ll communicate timelines clearly during the order process.

U.S. Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States via UPS® Carbon Neutral. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on location.

International Shipping – European Union

We ship to most EU countries using UPS® Carbon Neutral. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

For EU Business Customers:

  • If you have a valid EU VAT number, you may be eligible for a VAT-exempt purchase.
  • At checkout, enter your VAT ID. Our compliance partner, EAS, will validate it in real time.
  • If validated, VAT will be automatically removed from your total.
  • Orders under €150 are processed through the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme, allowing VAT to be collected at checkout and avoiding customs delays.
  • For orders over €150, duties and VAT may be assessed at import unless exemption is validated.

Bulk & Repeat Orders

For large or recurring orders:

  • Contact us for volume pricing, custom shipping quotes, or standing order setup.
  • We offer consolidated shipping, special documentation, and flexible scheduling for corporate or institutional partners.

Customs Documentation

All international shipments include commercial invoices. If you need specific documents (e.g., certificate of origin, incoterms, tax ID references), let us know prior to shipment.

For Individual Buyers in the EU (B2C)

If you're purchasing as a consumer (non-business), VAT will be included in your checkout total.

  • Orders under €150 ship under the IOSS scheme, which means:
    • VAT is prepaid—no extra charges at delivery
    • Orders clear customs quickly and efficiently
  • For orders over €150, your local customs authority may assess VAT and import duties at the time of delivery.
